United Healthcare with wonderful benefits. Only a few things that were a struggle for me which were some prescriptions being limited and having to fight with them to have them approved. Other than that, they were awesome. The cost was not the lowest I have seen either, for a large company, and it increased each year (as it does with most companies).

its alright high deductibles but thats common now a days

Aetna or United. Have some great plans.

Need to be fee or bare minimum at some point

Company pays for a large portion of the health benefits making it very affordable even for family coverage.
