not great they have some pre defined internal online classes but you should not expect for very high level and paid program based on your job requirement

For corporate locations you will get proper training, for dealers, dont count on it

F-Tons of training to minimize THEIR liability. Truly overwhelming. Then when it comes to doing your job... good luck. Plus ... LIFT the sheets to see the dirty, dirty truth, the entire culture is "take what you can get, exploit those less powerful than you AND smile, talking about how great it is to work there". Oh... and give everyone a free T-shirt and some stickers.
