The training was ok not the best.

It all on the job training from day one. The Assistant managers provide basic information on the tasks required. The task will change without notice and new ones suddenly added to the department like fitting room or front end. Just makes the job more difficult to navigate. You have to learn how to be a sales floor recovery person by watching others and asking questions to the leads.
