Like I said with FMLA the issues of family stuff is similar HR requires communication and a form. IF you don't fill out a form then you have no chance of a employment. There is two times to work with TP and a 2 year waiting period.

There was family medical leave. I knew several people that had to use it. But, if you were not one of the favored few you would be harassed and required to jump through a lot of loops to keep your job.
