Training is good for the initial burst, then on the job experience, and fellow agents fill in the gaps.

I really enjoyed our training. I had fun because it seems like we are studying only but the context is work.

The best part of the training was the chance to know and learn about the job being offered by the company.

Best is the opportunity for numerous training even cross skilling. Nothing i can say at this time.

The job training was free. If you are able to take test easily you can get $6,000 worth in licenses for free too. What is not free is your time. If you have a strong interest in beginning management or home or auto insurance this is a decent starting point. This company is not for seasoned professionals; they won't appreciate you, don't waste you time. The company is not looking to keep people long term so the under train people and of the 45 people I started with only three people remain after 2 years.
