Company has a complete lack of empathy for sick employees. When you work on the phones for 10 hour days and you lose your voice you have 2 choices, call in and have a full point held against you for 90 days, or continue to work and get counselled and sent home because you cannot perform your primary duties - there is no attempt to find alternate work or training, ut at least you lose only .25 points. Also, they require a doctor's note and then deny the Leave of Absence, requiring you to get out of your sick bed to call into work every day you are ill. Influenza, Bronchitis, or a vehicle accident can quickly add up to 5 points and pending termination.

Sick Days should always be Appove by Human Resources, please allow one week notice, as soon as, possible, when you should take a sick leave. Please make sure you have in writing, when you call on the telephone, is a quicker and faster way to communicate, but having it in writing form, is just approving that you did put in for a Sick Leave, write a short notice, and or filling a Sick leave Application, protect you as employee or employer to come back to work. writing protects not only your occupation, it gives you the power to return to your Occupation.

This is not true of all Teleperformance sites. There are no sick hours available at the Columbus, Ohio site.
