Health Insurance

I have had no problems with the health plan, we have general health, eye, and dental coverage.

There is a program on the site that allows employees to pay less if they meet certain goals: for example, quit smoking.

Poor options to choose from

The health insurance cost too much.

BCBS is good insurance. Unfortunately their plan is high deductible and high rate, it comes out of every paycheck, not monthly and it is quite a chunk out of a $10/hr paycheck, I would advise going for the healthcare marketplace like I did.

I like the option of eithet hsving an HSA or a HRA, depending on what fits your current needs.

Teletech's health insurance is a very affordable plan with excellent benefits. There are three different plans to choose from with the options to choose FSA or HSA if you would like too. The plan I currently have has a $1300.00 deductible with a maximum out of pocket of $2600.00. The plan I had with my previous employer had a deductible of $3000.00 and a max out of pocket of $6000.00. This plan with my plan discounts costs $56.and change bi-weekly. The prescription copays with this plan are very good as well.

Anthem BCBS is a good insurer overall. Deductibles are high and coverage is low, comparatively.

Good coverage through Blue Cross / Blue Shield.

Great insurance but it's really expensive.
