Very difficult to get even when you work hard, and you can and will get cheated out of it via any kind of stat error and then you will have to "wait for it to get fixed" and wait for them to talk to the guy and this girl has to talk to them and it's never going to get done. Trust me, it's happened to me several times.

A huge part of your bonus will come from your attendance, not your actual job performance. If you are the top seller in the building but miss an hour or two during the month, you will likely not be receiving a bonus. Middle of the road seller, but never miss a minute id what you want to be. you will see a nice bonus every single month.
