These are pretty standard for the employees. Some managers take advantage and call out sick more days then they are given but never face the consequences.

It doesn't seem that there is a reasonable expectation given the close-proximity work environment that employees will get sick, and the support of this seems to be lacking.

You do get time off, PTO (Paid Time Off), that you can use as sick days or vacation days! DO NOT USE IT! Period. Attendance is the key to working for TeleTech. Your manager will not care if you are a top performer or not, if you are there every day you will be treated like gold! You use your PTO time and you will begin to see write ups, you will notice your reviews go down.
