I pay ~$200 in co-pays every year and then most doctor's visits are free! (and I go to the doctors pretty often- variety of health problems)
Also, 45 massage/PT and 15 chiro, 15 acupuncture per year is pretty awesome.
I don't know about other companies but my Amazon and Microsoft friends tell me this is much better than their insurance (and similar to Microsoft back in the olden days)

It seems on par with other smaller tech companies.

The health insurance is great! The deductible is super low and adding additional family members is very cheap. It is the best plan I have ever had and it seems to be up there with the best in the industry.

Benefits are very standard to most tech companies. They are good but as expected nothing more
