You have to be with the company for so many hours worked before you get insurance and maintain 32hrs. Benefits for retail is really good ! Sorry about the other post from people you've got to put the time in before they give benefits but once you get them it is great! I've had 3 surgeries this year on std getting ready to be on ltd. I've been there 9 yrs and my bosses have been great! I guarantee you will have a hard time finding a retail postion to give seasonal employees benefits that will only be around a couple of mths most jobs require 3. To 6 mths before you qualify.
