Discount is minimum expectation. 10% for all employees. Does not increase at management or even district management levels.

10% is not enough for how little they pay for how much work you do.

The Target Team Member discount is a joke. It's bad enough they pay Team Members a couple of cents above minimum wage, but the discount is a measly 10% off their purchase. Not to mention the discount can only be used when you are paying with cash or the Target REDcard. Just another way for them to make you sign-up for their crappy credit or debit card. "It bumps up your discount to 15% since the REDcard saves you 5% every time you shop!" Big friggen deal. I just saved a whopping 40 cents on my purchase. Thanks Target.

10 percent off is kind of a joke

It is nice to have the employee discount that they provide. If you shop a Target a lot, it adds up over the course of a year.

10% off all merchandise but you can't use a regular credit card or debit card to pay. You have to use cash, or Target's debit or credit card.

easy to use but only 10%. Works online and instore and can be added to other discounts.
