Employee Discounts

10% is okay, but not stellar.

The worst thing is that you have to use cash or the target red card in order to used the discount. The good news is that they have a debit card option for the red card so it still comes out of my checking account.

The Target employee discount is super nice. You get the 10% off team member discount but you have to pay with cash or with a target red card (credit or debit card). They also gave you quarterly coupons with their employee magazine that often had great discounts on big ticket items.

The 10% discount can be applied in-store or online and can be used in combination with the 5% discount for shopping with a Target Redcard.

10% off everything, everday

The 10% discount adds up if you show Target across all categories including grocery.

10% ain't small potatoes when combined with the additional 5% from a redcard.

The best thing was having the discount. The worst thing was that the senior discount was more.

Unfortunately the best part of working at Target is the benefit.

It was not anything drastic.However it does help if you look at it in year time a savings.Also it does help during the holidays sales
