Really pretty good, but they were really protective about discount use by any one but the employee and direct dependents. Also, you had to be careful because sometimes display items would get marked down and when you used your discount with that mark down, they would be concerned that you were doing something wrong.

10% sucks. Unless it's off of already clearance items.

The discount is 10% and can be combined with the RedCard 5% discount for a little under 15% off.

Only 10%, I think most of us work harder than that! Oh but you can get 5% more off if you get the RedCard.

20% discount is fairly large for a retailer. The ability to actually have a 25% discount just by getting a redcard is a better perk. I've taken advantage of certain discounts through the cartwheel application they have as well as looking for clearance and discounts. It's rare that you can combine both an employee discount and in-store sales/clearance/discounts.

10% off but 15% off with Redcard. Dissatisfied because most of the stuff they sell is crap and I would rather buy local.

10% had to use a Target red card or cash. not allowed to give to family members. red card also gave 5% discount each time it was used, so the two could be used together
