Overall lack of plans to choose from. The ones that were available had very high deductibles.

Used to be a very strong area of the company, but they have taken insurance in house and the costs are passed down to the employees. when I left it was 80/20 with a high copay

I feel that the Health Insurance offered for full-time employees was comprehensive and covered everything I needed. The only down-side is they no longer offer it for part-time employees. (However, if you were full-time during the eligibility time period, but lower to part-time after enrollment, you keep your full time benefits until the next enrollment.)

Target insurance is good depending on what you can afford and what plans you choose for yourself or your family.

Their health insurance was average. Their dental insurance did not have my dentist in network, so I had to to save ahead & pay up front every dentist visit for a partial reimbursement a month later.
