Job Training

The training was long but it was good, the only problem is that sometimes when you don't understand something, its hard to get someone to help you if your trainer leaves you by yourself.

Job training is alright if you are headstrong and independent.

You learn more from being in your home store

Job training I deeply disliked. 5th hour ur immediately fired or if ur passed 90days ur fine, just get written up.

Depending on the time of the year and location, you may get a lot or a little, but you learn hands on, you can cross train, and that way pick up more shifts

The worst thing about TARGET's Job Training is they consider 1 day hanging around another employee, as training. The only real training involves the desire within the beginner's work ethic to figure it out on his own.

Job training is non existent. You only get a 5 hour orientation, going through one lousy video, and a few minutes of cashiering with a Team Member, who couldn't care less about you and doesn't want you there.

Job training is really good just at the beginning you barely get hours

Very weird, they make you sit alone in a room and watch a strange video - I don't really remember it but it was mostly about how you have to call customers guests and how they're SOOOO inclusive (my store was majority white men)
