Training was the best part but I was trained by a hr vet. Otherwise I can’t speak for all cases. 6-8 week training period in multiple stores if you can travel (room and food paid for - sometimes for the room) and has reimbursed

The training was terrible, i was taught incorrect things and shadowed someone who was not helpful

best in class onboarding and triaining, at least at HQ

Nobody that’s part of your training knows what it is. So it’s self guided with no follow up.
