I started out as a Flow Team Member and quickly moved into the Presentation Team. It was a combination of initiating it myself and the supervisors recognizing my talents. I went from unloading trucks to setting the design layouts for merchandise POG. If I stayed with the company I'm sure they would have advanced me where I wanted to be.
