Flexible usage of sick days

At the Torrington target in ct, you HAVE to use sick time if you call out or they will talk to you & give you a warning. I have worked there for almost 4 years, & they started doing it this year. It’s terrible. Idk how other target are though

You can't call in but you'll have to find somebody to work your shift and if you don't then you have to put in your own time and if you don't have it you can't call it

None offered to part time employees

had alot of these it was great

They do give you this and it was nice to have.

Are seasonal Target Dc employees covered when working a couple of hours due to illness and using sick hours for the remainder of shift

They make you feel bad about taking sick days and they try to talk you out of not coming in to work.
