From what I’ve seen, one of the strongest points about Tech Mahindra’s life insurance is that it’s a standard, dependable benefit — employees have a baseline level of coverage, often including dependents, which is reassuring. On the downside, the benefit is not always very large, and some employees say the policy details (coverage amounts, what is exactly covered, eligibility) could be more transparent.

if you are on contract there is no paid holidays. full time have paid holidays and they are good. overall it is good only if you are full time, contractors have no benefit nothing.
