Best reason to work from home is having the flexibility and knowing you are trusted to get the job done.

Company set up with many remote employee. Great equipment and comms platforms make it easier to work remote.

Terrible because a lot of the sr. management are working from home on the west coast. They think it's appropriate to send emails and texts to your personal devices instead of emailing you via corporate.

A solid portion of the workforce works entirely remote. The company seems to be trying to get more people into offices though. While the flexibility of WFH is amazing, the company is not always great about communicating with remote employees (though they have communication issues with local employees also).
