Poor relative to tech industry. Lots of sneaky out of pocket stuff that rolls up to thousands if you have a family and kids.

Healthcare benefits have gotten too expensive. They don't offer help if you want to join a gym. I dropped Teradata benefits to go on my spouses insurance.

Lots of options with different budget ranges. Very good plans. Teradata gives Health Insurance discounts of $300/year each to non-smokers and for completing a health screening.

Average plan, not doing anything exceptional to avoid passing on higher and higher costs to employees.

I have had Cigna insurance for several years and it has been very satisfactory. Get a choice of health program options and can use pre-tax dollars for spending.
