Knowledge workers are likely to need some kind of vision support over time, staring at computer screens year after year. Disappointing that Teradata has not chosen VSP as the provider for vision insurance, but the current provider is adequate.

Standard industry. No further comments.

This is the worst of all their benefits. It doesn't pay to take it as the employee has to pick up most of the cost.
