Texas Instrument has an excellent 401K plan. The company contributes a significant amount to their employee's 401K. I don't remember what percentage of salary is contributed and the vesting schedule but I believe that it is better than the industry average.

They offer a variety of investment choices and are very competitive with the industry in regards to investment options.

It was the best because they match every contribution at 4%.
