Vaction days are arrcued based upon years of service. The longer you stay with the company the more vacation days you accrue.

All major holidays are paid time off. They also have a flexible scjedule that alloes you to show up whenever you like to and leave later of you wish as lobg as you either put in your hours or just get your work done. Many days I hav3 come in at noon of I needed to do something in the morning amd just left at 8. They also allow 24 hour access so you can make up work on the weekends if you need to take a day off.

We use what is called Time Bank. You get a total amount of hours, used for anything, sickness, skiing, laying around. Whatever you want. Very fair and generous.

Very reluctant to allow vacation unless booked so far in advance no one could know its impact on schedules.
