Short Term Disability is employer paid for all benefit eligible Associates through Cigna. Disability pays 60% of your income if you become partially or totally disabled for a short period of time.
Long Term Disability is employer paid for all benefit eligible Associates through Cigna. Disability pays 60% of your income if you become partially or totally disabled for an extended period.
Pregnancy Disability Leave will provide up to 6 work weeks of paid Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL) to eligible Associates following the birth of an Associates’ child as set forth in the Topgolf PDL policy.
