Their way of training is extensive and they do it in a classroom setting at first, then once you've completed all your classes they have you shadow someone to get hands on experience.

Could have been much better. I was opening Office Manager without another trained office person to help me learn anything. Too many zoom calls.

You don't really get trained by the managers but by the other employee's thats been there longer. But after a month working there you can ask more and more questions about how to operate things in the kitchen.

Before you even start working you go through a whole training class thats about a week long dedicated to your job with the company. After that you shadow someone before you are officially on your own. Its a great program and when you start working your position on your own you feel very confident.

Didn't feel like job training as much as "get to know each other" training
