The best part of EAP, is the cost...FREE. I have used on multiple occasions. I have yet to work for a company that doesn't have an EA program, so I am not sure if this is really a benefit or a requirement.

They did not help me but denied I got hurt so they wouldn't have to pay workers comp while I was in medical treatment.
