Premiums and deductibles increase every year and in order to earn cash to cover some medical expenses there are certain activities you have to participate in and the money goes into an HSA account. Typically not enough to cover your deductible so you still have to come out of pocket a few of hundred dollars

They have a program to cover insurance expenditures, you do have to cover upfront but with a few classes they put money on HSA card that covers deductibles.
