Decent plan, what you'd expect.

I never have the chance to used it because I got discipline and really aware of the food I ate all the time. However my co-worker always have a concern and insurance complains.

High deductible, but there are incentives to minimize out of pocket expenses.

Premiums and deductibles increase every year and in order to earn cash to cover some medical expenses there are certain activities you have to participate in and the money goes into an HSA account. Typically not enough to cover your deductible so you still have to come out of pocket a few of hundred dollars

High Deductibles but excellent plans

It's not terrible but it isn't really good either.

Had a 80/20 plan with a 1200 dollar deductible.

They have a program to cover insurance expenditures, you do have to cover upfront but with a few classes they put money on HSA card that covers deductibles.

Very high deductible and no vision plan
