The 401k plan exists which is a good sign on it's own, but the employer match is pretty weak right now. You're basically forced to save on your own without much coming from the company. Additionally the vesting schedule si slow. The matched funds only become fully vested after 6 years. Each year prior to that is 20% less. So 5 years = 80%, 4 years = 60%, etc.
