Combined with overall PTO and no questions are ever asked. so the flexibility is nice. Unfortunatley, you cannot roll over more than 20 days or you lose any PTO over that limit.

One of the employees in the office had a stroke, I was amazed how the entire office rallied for this person to ensure his speedy recovery. I have yet to work for a corporation that calls to make sure I do not need anything even something as simple as chicken soup. And to receive a card for the CO-CEO, Phil Shawe. It truly was the most sincere gesture I've seen from a large corporation like TransPerfect.
