The healthcare is awful. You have only 2 choices and the only real difference is how much comes out of your pocket. The insurance is nothing more than a very high deductible plan. You can go with an HSA or an FSA, but overall nothing is really covered

High premiums and low coverage

Best is the 20 days vacation and worst is the high medical insurance premium

It was comparable to other companies I have worked for.
