someone told me that there are legal coverage that you can choose which is good. other than that, all similar with other plans. The only thing is that the payment leading up to deductibles are almost self pay. So you end up paying $4-5k before OPM kicks in.

Decent insurance, but you have to pay a lot for it unless your compensation is low. If you make $$$, then you won't care if you pay $1800/mo in premiums. But if you're making $100k or so, paying $600/mo really hurts.

High deductible health insurance. You pay for everything (save annual physical & mandated tests) until you hit the $4k or so deductible. I think they modeled their US health insurance coverage on Obamacare minimums.

very high insurance premiums and high deductible plans. premiums more than doubled last year.
