Self lead training with advisor teams/forums to lean on for additional support if you schedule allows you attend. Outdated documentation and products are always changing. Development doesn't share updates with consultants so things come at a surprise to everyone.

Wonderful job training, very thorough

Will vary by work function. Talent development team is average at best, nothing unique, inspirational or innovative happening. The biggest impact is with individual hiring mangers.
