At UPS, I am not presented with a disability insurance. I am a part-time seasonal employee. I have just begun to work with UPS. I imagine that the full-time employees are presented with many different plans that are beneficial to their employees.

UPS does offer disability insurance, but there is constant follow up to ensure the employee is really unable to work. If there is any belief that an employee could work then the company will aim to fire them. Also, once the employee returns to duty they are expected to perform the same as before they left.
