Best thing is it is good insurance, worst thing is that you're definitely going to need it with how damaging and unsustainable the job is on the body.

Once hired, an employee will have access to create a comprehensive health insurance plan that fits the needs of the employee, and also spouse and other dependents can be eligible through the employees plan. Vision, Dental, Life insurance, disability pay, HSA Options, Accidental Death Insurance; there are lots of options with alternative companies that can be selected with varying rates. So overall, the options are great.

It's been a great experience and it's hasn't failed me yet. I would highly recommend their insurance plan.

The health insurance is too expensive for non-union employees. We can no longer afford it.

The union plan is far superior to the company plan as long as the labor union does not sell out its' members.
