Part time employees get full medical however you have to wait one year used to be 3 months but times have changed that

Great health coverage at no extra cost to employee, coverage has low copay. Health coverage includes vision and dental. The dental coverage was teared, 2 cleanings/check-ups per year were fully covered the first year was something like 40/60 patient cost for dental work and as long as you had your cleanings done twice a year the patient cost for additional dental work would decrease each year.

Best thing as a tier 2 employee is United Healthcare and the cost is cheap. Deductible is huge and the only option. They do have a healthy savings plan and FMLA. However, even if you have a verified illness, watch your absences. You will be fired if you go over a certain level of absences, sick or not.

The coverage was great and the fact that you even get dental was amazing. The networks were always good ones to chose from and the care was pretty exceptional

Health Insurance is excellent. Hardly have to pay anything out of pocket.

prior authorization to fill any prescription and most the time its denied and when you call them they just say they never received any authorization form I have to send them in four or five times so you pay out of your pocket
