They pay 100% of co-pay for you and your dependents after one year of employment. Co-pay is covered by over 90%.

The best thing is the copay's and free generic prescriptions. The worst is they lowered the coverage amount to save money.

The best thing about health insurance at ups is that it is really affordable, there are very little as far as co payments

HMO or PPO only. Very bad service and the paperwork is intolerable, and case workers are a pain I'd rather not ever deal with. A cheap budget network health plan with minimal return. I think they'd rather not even deal with me eiither. When I was hurt because of the job I couldn't even get that case worker to on the phone. She was an ___hole from another state, Blue Cross.

The best thing about health insurance at UPS is that it's affordable. I have never had a problem with receiving care no matter what it is.

The best thing about the Health Insurance at Ups is the deductible. The worst thing is it doesn't cover weight management.
It's a high-deductible plan. Not everything is covered, but even if it is, you'll be shelling out $1,500 before insurance pays for any of it. ($3,000 if you have a spouse and/or dependents).
