When it comes to job training it’s more hands on experience and you learn as you go

With the proper training you will succeed at anything working for UPS

this varies by teams and based on what you do and who your manager is

On job training. Everyone participates. Also go through a hub school to learn management skills.

New Preloaders are required to come in 15 minutes before the start time for 15 days to attend safety training sessions and are given a blue vest to wear that indicates they're a new employee. After they've completed all 15 training days, then they don't have to wear the blue vest anymore.

Limited, to non-existent, I did a one-hour outdated training online and a one-hour check ride with a route supervisor. I wanted to learn everything I could but nothing else was made available.

The job training was poor as far as I'm concerned and done by management that is against you anyway.
