At UPS, I am not presented with a stock options. I am a part-time seasonal employee. I have just begun to work with UPS. I imagine that the full-time employees are presented with many different plans that are beneficial to their employees.

The UPS stock options are available if they are purchased by the employee before taxes are taken out of their paycheck. The company will match dollar for dollar on all company stock purchased.
