Vacation & Paid Time Off

As a supervisor you usually get 2 weeks of paid vacation. Although they pay the minimum amount.

Best: 1 week added for each 5 years of service, starting with 2 weeks of vacation. 5 discretionary days also act as de facto vacation days as well. Worst: Not as many weeks of vacation as European counterparts, but to be expected in US.
