Job Training

Based on your Leadership, your Job Training can be very effective or it can become a Self- Taught bad learning experience, I have had the experience of seeing it from both sides and it is always more effective when you have those in your corner who want nothing more than to see you succeed and go beyond your fullest potential to stand above your peers.

They will train you to do whatever you are asked to do. This continues throughout your career.

The Army will train you on a very vast number of jobs and get you much needed training that applies to the civilian sector as well.

All you do is train. Your job is to train. If you're not training you're holding yourself and everyone else back. Your lack of training can cost someone else their life. You don't want the blood of a little boys dad on your hands. Don't train until you get it right, train until you can't get it wrong.

There is more job training than you have time to do. I would direct the training to match more with civilian counterparts when possible. Have more programs to certify and prepare exiting members better.
