There are a few classes they offer, however I have found that I was pushed into situations where I had to learn to work with people that I probably would not have wanted to work with unless I was being paid. I think that skill is priceless.

If you want it, you can find professional development to fit you. If you don't want it, you will be given it.

Depends on job field but the more you look for it the more there is of it.

as long as you're motivated and willing to learn, easy to move up
