This is always available to service members.

One free pair of glasses every year

Eye care including Lasik is available. 2 pairs of glasses every 2 years or if you break them.

Free vision care and eye exams for active duty members. Glasses and contacts are provided if determined that they are needed. You can also get operations and LASIK surgery done as well.

Fully covered vision insurance.

You are entitled to a vision check-up and a new set of glasses every year. They're better than the old BCGs but they're rather boring.

Not to bad covers doctors and glasses and laser surgery for free, dependents pay at a discount.

Vision is included in the TRICARE insurance benefit. It may include eye surgery for the service member (Lasik, Lasek, or PRK) but not for their dependants. There are requirements that need to be met to qualify and not everyone can get surgery but it is available.
