We offer two Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBS) PPO plans; one which includes a high deductible plan combined with a Health Savings Account (HSA). We also offer a HMO plan in Wisconsin. All plans provide 100% coverage for preventive care.
UScellular offers benefits to partners of associates in a “Domestic Partnership.” Those “partners” and children of “partners” will be eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Spouse and Child Life and Work/Life Assistance Plans.
