You would think a healthcare organization would have really good health insurance plans for accompany, however my spouse has better coverage at a manufacturing company. The insurance provider is Health Partners based out of MN which continuously causes headaches for participants with monthly prescriptions and ongoing/recurring healthcare needs. It's better than no insurance but it should definitely be held to higher standards instead of cheap bottom line for company profit margin.
