Vacation & Paid Time Off

PTO was also recently cut

None if you get sick or have a kid gets sick. Even if you have FMLA you use PTO if you have any.

Paid time off is all one benefits sick vacation etc . But when they have to many people working and your called off you have to use those hours too or go without pay. So my vacation became my hours to make ends meet.

"Paid vacations" come out of your one bank of PTO. This includes holidays, vacation, personal and sick time. The first year of employment you earn 6.7 hours for every 40 you work. So basically you get not time off the first year of employment. It all covers holidays.

For every 40 hours that is worked the company will give you 8 hours free. That's how you build up your vacation time and pay. And you get a dollar extra on the weekend that you work.
