Nice try, but they don't seem to understand that D&I goes beyond just women (and they are failing with women...so hard). They also fail at inclusion. Middle management brings all their biases into the workplace, covered by highly professional language. "She needs improvement on her soft skills" = she disagrees with me and it makes me angry because I'm a man and I rank above her.
