Standard 90/70 (in-network/out-of-network) plan. Unlike other companies where I've been able to sign up on the first day, you can't sign up for several days (even though you're covered from day one), and it takes a while to find out your policy number if you need it sooner.

VMware provided Basic Health, Dental, Medical, Vision, Discounts to different retailers, Costo, Sams Club Cards. Partial Health club reimbursement if no gym onsite.

Typical Cigna/Aetna or UHC plans. Until my stay there they did not have a HSA based plans so I never took insurance at VMW and used spouse's plan on HSA from another Valley company
