Job Training

On the job trading was really helpful and thorough. I was able to effectively do my job quickly

There was very little job training.

While the training modules are good, one gets more training and experience in the floor

Sometimes you end up having to train yourself and all of the material is online so it can be hard to have time to even do it.

Basically boils down to sitting at a computer and watching a bunch of videos and taking a quiz over the material. There is some on the spot training, but that also just comes down to being friendly, and turning the conversation back to the products.

They really take their time for you to understand all the process and products of the store.

The training was great the only problem I had with it was that there was soooooo much of it.

The best part about the training is that it goes over every detail that you need to know within the store. The bad part is that it gets a little repetitive.

Training could have been enforced and monitored better in my opinion. Perhaps it was just at my store, but I believe enforcing the training there would benefit the team as a whole and improved numbers that needed to be met.
